This is an excellent New York strip. There is the perfect amount of fat to give it a very rich taste. I only atoned it with kosher salt and pepper and yet the taste was indescribably great and very moist. I just seared it on the gril on high for 4 minutes a side and it came out perfectly rare with nice grill marks on outside. I highly recommend this company and this particular cut and intend to order again.
