Wagyu Meatloaf: Classic Worcestershire Style

Ingredients:

Meat Loaf:

2 lbs. ground beef, ½ cup diced yellow onion, ½ cup milk, 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. dried parsley, ¾ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. garlic powder, ¼ tsp. finely ground black pepper

Classic Meatloaf Sauce

1 tbsp. red wine vinegar, ¼ cup ketchup, 2 tbsp. light brown sugar

Description

Bring meatloaf to a whole new level. Our Fullblood Wagyu meatloaf is going to bring a whole new standard to meatloaf. Knowing exactly what farm your beef comes from and how it was raised will have you craving for more. Best served for a group of friends or family!

Step 1: Prepare Wagyu Meatloaf

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • In a bowl, combine the ground beef, milk, onion, breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp. ketchup, egg, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add meatloaf mixture to a loaf pan and pat down into even layer

Step 2: Secret Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, vinegar, ¼ cup ketchup and stir to combine

Step 3: Baking Process

  • Shape mixture into a 5”x8” loaf pan and set on a rimmed baking sheet
  • Bake at 350℉ for ~55 minutes
  • Check internal temperature, once at 165℉ it is ready

Step 4: Rest & Serve

  • Remove the meatloaf and let it rest for ~10 minutes
  • Carve meat loaf and enjoy!
