Step 1: Gourmet Patties
Form the gourmet ground into .5” thick patties, handle delicately
Season ground with 1 tbsp. Kosher salt, 1 tsp. Black pepper, 2 tbsp. Harrissa, garlic powder, cumin and thyme
Chill gourmet ground in the refrigerator ~35 minutes
Slice onions .25” thick, season with salt, pepper and olive oil in separate bowl
Step 2: Cook
Heat grill pan & cook onions over medium heat, turn once until tender, for approximately 10 minutes
Remove burgers from the fridge and immediately cook them over medium heat, approximately 4 minutes per side
Step 3: Harissa Sauce
While gourmet burgers are sizzling, mix the mayonnaise with caraway and 2 tbsp. Harissa
Step 4: Final
After cooking to your desired temperature, pull the gourmet Wagyu burgers out and let rest for ~ 5minutes
